Ultrasonic Welding / Heat Staking / Assembly
Ultrasonic welding joins thermoplastic parts through high-frequency frictional heat — no adhesives or fasteners required — delivering strong, clean joints with cycle times measured in seconds. Heat-staked threaded inserts give plastic parts reliable metal threads that hold up to repeated assembly and disassembly without wear or pull-out.

Painting & Coating
Painting finishing on injection-molded parts enables a wide range of colors and surface textures — matte, gloss, or frosted — while improving weathering and abrasion resistance. Typical systems include waterborne paint, UV-cured topcoat, soft-touch paint, and two-tone spraying.

Chrome Plating
Electroplating gives plastic parts a metallic finish while improving wear resistance and surface conductivity. Wet chrome plating (electroless copper + decorative chrome) is the standard choice for high-gloss chrome finishes.
- ABS and ABS/PC blends are the preferred substrates, offering superior adhesion
- Deposit thickness controlled to 0.1–30 μm
- Neutral salt spray resistance: ≥ 96 h

Screen Printing / Pad Printing / Laser Engraving
We offer clients pad printing services. Our team will review your pad preferences and ensure the image’s size, color, and quality are compatible with the product. Screen printing, pad printing, and laser engraving add logos, serial numbers, regulatory marks, and decorative graphics to finished parts.
